  • Preliminary discussion: Contact us for a confidential discussion of your needs and how we can help. We can share some suggestions and you can see if we are a good fit for your needs.

  • Preparation and research: We prepare a brief/proposal for your needs. After you’ve signed off, we get started. We’ll undertake research of your organisation to make sure we have all the right info.

  • Final checks: Prior to the delivery of our service, we will do a final catch up session with key organisations to ensure smooth delivery

  • Delivery of service: Whether it’s a workshop, training session, event, or mediation, we provide our bespoke service, tailored to your needs and flexible to meet any changes on the day.

  • Feedback: Final debrief to review and discuss the event, and review any feedback.
