Mentoring and Coaching
We specialise in mentoring and coaching clients to improve their lives, by helping them make the changes needed to reach their goals, whether personal or professional. In particular, we are experienced in career mentoring and coaching, and health and wellbeing coaching.
Mentoring and coaching differ from counselling in many ways, and are primarily focussed on the present and the future, without delving too much into the past.
Mentoring and coaching services are provided in blocks (eg, 6, 10 or 20 sessions).
